University Mentorship Program

Welcome to the Mentorship Program at Jamecho , where students can connect with experienced professionals for guidance, support, and career development. Our program aims to facilitate meaningful mentorship relationships that empower students to reach their full potential both academically and professionally.

Mentor-Mentee Matching:

Students will have the opportunity to be paired with mentors who have relevant experience and expertise in their fields of interest. Mentors may include alumni, faculty members, staff, or professionals from the community.

Orientation and Training:

Both mentors and mentees will participate in an orientation session to understand the program expectations, guidelines, and best practices for effective mentorship. Additional training or resources may be provided to enhance the mentorship experience.

Regular Meetings:

Mentors and mentees will commit to regular meetings to discuss academic and career goals, share insights, and address challenges. Meetings can take place in person, virtually, or through other agreed-upon communication channels.

Goal Setting and Action Planning

Mentors will work with mentees to establish SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and develop action plans to help mentees achieve their objectives.
